REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Min of 3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience at Refinery/Oil Gas
- Proficient in Managing Schedules tasks and resources effectively
- Have experience in RDMP JO Projects would be advantageous
- Domicile in Balikpapan
