Responsible for serving the needs of customers who come and leave the workshop by listening, analyzing, and explaining vehicle damage, estimating time and costs to achieve customer satisfaction, and maintaining the neatness of customer vehicle data

Syarat Pekerjaan

Requirements

• D3 minimum education in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Have at least one to three years of experience as a Service Advisor.
• Have both SIM A and SIM C. Have integrity and professional, autonomous, honest, and impartial behavior
• when carrying out their duties, as well as the ability to operate in a team or on their own.
• Have expertise about CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Balikpapan placement
