Syarat Pekerjaan

Requirement:

1. Male, max. 40 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in any field
3. Min. 8 years of experience in HRGA field with 5 years in leadership role
4. Fluent in English both verbal and written from cross-board communication standpoint
5. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
6. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
7. Strong Leadership, wide networking, and good interpersonal skill
8. Experience of execution and implementation for improvement in operational efficiency and workload
9. Have a sense of responsibility, a proactive attitude, strong pressure resistance and good cross-cultural communication skills
10. Have ability negotiation skills, good analysis
11. Discipline, conscientiousness, integrity and responsibility

Based in Balikpapan.
