Kami membuka informasi lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi Cinema Supervisor - Living Plaza Balikpapan.

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Cinema operational activities to achieve the guest satisfaction and revenue targets.

2. Coordinate with related department to ensure operational supporting activities runs smoothly.

3. Ensuring every area of is well maintained and well cleaned on regular basis regarding to the regulations.

4. Coordinate and execute ongoing promotions / events.

5. Maintaining the expenses (electricity, utilities, labor, etc) to ensure the Cinema's profitability meets the target/budget.

Syarat Pekerjaan

General Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor Degree from any major.
2. Minimum 3-5 years experience as Supervisor in the F&B/Retail/Restaurant.
3. Dynamic and go-getter mindset.
4. Basic knowledge on Profit and Loss and how to improve the profitability.
5. Focus on Guest Satisfaction.
6. Willing to be placed in Living Plaza Balikpapan
