Stock Supervisor

Kami membuka informasi lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi STOCK SUPERVISOR BALIKPAPAN

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and ensuring Goods In Transfer (GIT) process.
2. Controlling the receipt and shipment of goods.
3. Monitoring product returns and handling return claims.
4. Controlling Branch Warehouse Operations related to potential losses up to fraud.
5. Monitoring consignment settlement processes and preparing outstanding consignment reports for Branch Manager.
6. Conducting stock opname (inventory checks) with the branch team.
7. Reporting and being accountable to management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum education of S1 in Management/Pharmacy.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
3. Understanding of Inventory Stock Management (cycle inventory process, stock rotation, and product transfer), and risk prevention efforts.
4. Understanding and ability to conduct Stock Opname processes.
5. Familiarity with the use and functions of Inventory Management Systems, i.e., supporting programs/systems.
6. Placement in Balikpapan Branch.
